VENDORS PLEASE READ:

VENDOR SHOW HOURS, MOVE IN INFO, & OTHER DETAILS

  • Thursday Oct. 5th-Saturday Oct. 7th 3pm to 7pm 
    • 3pm to 7pm - Required & Advertised Vending Hours (Guided Trail Rides tend to return by 3pm) 
    • 5pm to 6pm - Power Hour - Deepest discounts offered to the public 
    • 7pm-11:30pm - Music Fest Hours 
    • You can vend before 3pm or after 7pm if you have the time and resources to do so. 
    • Move in Dates are based on Size of booth. 
      • Semi Trucks MUST make a Move In Appointment. These appointments will be discussed September 1st-15th.
    • Food and Drink Vendors will be on site starting Wednesday, October 4th.
    • Your Vendor Booth comes with: 1 Vehicle Trail Pass and 2 Platinum VIP passes which includes access to our Wednesday Night Gala event. Additional Passes can be purchased by emailing [email protected].
    • You can have other companies inside your booth space but they MUST be cleared with Rich Klein first.

DONATIONS FOR THE CHARITY RAFFLE

  • Charity Raffle Tickets - are purchased from the non-profit vendor booth where they advise the buyers to walk around and decide which vendor booth has the item they would like to win and drop their raffle ticket in their bucket. 
  • Charity Raffle Gift - Pick an item for your raffle gift that will create a buzz and draw in the most people. Display this item and have a fun drop box for the raffle tickets. Example: BFG uses a tire with plexy glass.
  • Sales Opportunity - This guarantees that your sales reps will have a genuine conversation with potential buyers. Capitalize on the charity raffle sending you qualify buyers and try to seal the deal when they arrive at your booth. Remind them about your power hour deals and promotions. 
  • Coolest Raffle Ticket Drop Contest - The vendor booth with the coolest bucket, voted on by world renowned professional skier Glenn Plake. Hint hint: He loves flashy bright colors and crazy designs. Winner will receive a free $300 vendor booth the following year. The winner will be messaged by Rich Klein, personally. 
  • Raffle Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 7th at 6:00pm on the Monster Sample Stage.

SPACE & RESERVATION COMMUNICATION 

  • Booth Number Assignments - Will be assigned in August based first on size of sponsorship, then on booth size.
  • Changes to Your Reservation - please create a login, which you can do from your confirmation email.
  • VERY Limited Space - please plan accordingly and lock in your booth as soon as possible.
  • August Vendor Email Newsletter - you will be sent information through our newsletter. You will likely not hear from us until then.

  • Featured Logos - If you want your logo featured in our Vendor Section, please email them to [email protected]

POWER HOUR SHOW SPECIALS

  • Power Hour Special will be from 5:00pm -6:00pm Thursday Oct 5th - Saturday Oct 7th 
  • We will be heavily advertising Show Specials to create more awareness as a buyers event. 
  • Please email us any artwork about your power hour show specials that you are offering during this limited time ONLY.

REFUND POLICY 

  • Full Refund until June 1st.
  • Full Refunds are not available after logos are published to our website.
  • Partial Refunds (50%) until August 1st.
  • NO refunds after August 1st.

FIGHT TO THE DEATH

If you want another's booth space, a fight to the death will be permitted using only parts that you sell as weapons, which will happen the night of the Gala, which we will also sell tickets to :)
