LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, do hereby release and discharge Trail Hero, 3D Entertainment Inc, Mesquite Gaming LLC, Casablanca Resort-Casino-Golf & Spa, the City of Mesquite, JC Hackett Productions, St. George Car Shows and Desert Sports Management and members thereof, and their officers, sponsors, volunteers, and anyone else that is connected with the management or presentation of “Mayhem in Mesquite” of and from all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the forgoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of said from all and any liability occurring or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant under direction or control of entrant. I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or my vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event.
