MONDAY MORNING CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT: 

MONDAY KICK OFF PARTY / REGISTRATION AT THE ROCK BOWL: 

THURS-SAT VENDOR SHOW PARKING LOT:

  • Washington County Fair Grounds
  • Thursday-Saturday 3pm-7pm - Offroad Vendor Show Hours (Tuesday/Wednesday Optional)
  • Thursday-Saturday 7pm-11:30pm - Music Fest Hours

3pm to 7pm - Required & Advertised Vending Hours (Guided Trail Rides tend to return by 3pm)
5pm to 6pm - Power Hour - Deepest discounts offered to the public
You can vend before 3pm or after 7pm if you have the time and resources to do so.
Semi Trucks & Large Trailers MUST schedule a Move In Appointment for Monday.

FOOD VENDORS - VENDOR SHOW FOOD COURT:

  • Food and Drink Vendors will be on site starting Wednesday. (Optional to start on Tuesday)

You may have other companies inside your booth space but they MUST be cleared with Rich Klein first at [email protected].

DONATIONS FOR THREE CHARITY RAFFLES

  • Sales Opportunity - This guarantees that your sales reps will have a genuine conversation with potential buyers. Capitalize on the charity raffle sending you qualify buyers and try to seal the deal when they arrive at your booth. Remind them about your power hour deals and promotions.
  • #1 Monday AM Golf Tournament Charity Raffle - Benefiting 4 Wheel to Heal - Coordinate via an email with [email protected].
  • #2 Monday PM Kick Off Party Raffle - Benefiting Racing Anxiety NEW this year! Kick off party vendors must supply a raffle gift and ticket drop box for your item. We will draw a winner at 9pm, must be present to win. Coordinate via an email with [email protected].
  • #3 Saturday Vendor Show Charity Raffle - Benefiting Racing Anxiety Tickets are purchased from the non-profit vendor booth where they advise the buyers to walk around and decide which vendor booth has the item they would like to win and drop their raffle ticket in their bucket. Vendor Show Charity Raffle Gift - Pick an item for your raffle gift that will create a buzz and draw in the most people. Display this item and have a fun drop box for the raffle tickets. Example: BFG uses a tire with plexy glass. Coordinate via an email with [email protected].

RAFFLE WINNERS will be announced on Saturday at 4:00pm on the Monster Sample Stage, (NEW for 2024: This time has been bumped up to allow raffle ticket buyers the chance to buy products that they DID NOT win during the raffle. Please do not break down your booth during this time as you can miss out on sales after the Raffle is over)

  • Booth Number Assignments for Sponsors Only - Will be assigned in August based first on size of sponsorship levels and then on booth size. THEY WILL NOT BE POSTED PUBLICLY. Registered Vendors will not have assigned booths unless you pay for the upgrade. 
  • Changes to Your Reservation - please create a login, which you can do from your confirmation email.
  • VERY Limited Space - please plan accordingly and lock in your booth as soon as possible.
  • August Vendor Email Newsletter - you will be sent information through our newsletter. You will likely not hear from us until then.

SHARING YOUR BOOTH SPACE MUST BE APPROVED

Do you plan to share your booth space with another brand or business? They must be approved by Rich Klein before moving in. Shared spaces must be approved ahead of time by our team. Vendors who are not approved use this as a way to backdoor the event and take advantage of vendors. Our on-site staff will be checking. If you do not have your shared space approved before attending Trail Hero this will affect your involvement with the event moving forward.

POWER HOUR SHOW SPECIALS

  • Power Hour Special will be from 5:00pm -6:00pm Thursday - Saturday.
  • We are working to promote the vendor show as a buyer event, pushing people to plan for the power hour each day.
  • We will be heavily advertising Show Specials to create more awareness as a buyers event.
  • Please email us any artwork about your power hour show specials that you are offering during this limited time ONLY. Send artwork to [email protected]..
